I'm a software engineer based in Islamabad, Pakistan, with around three years of professional experience in fast-paced startup environments. My work spans software development, SQA, test automation, SQL and API testing, and I build and test software end to end with a strong focus on problem-solving, quality and continuous learning.
Today I work as a Software Engineer at Stellarsoft on Orcastrator, a QA automation product. Our team handles requirements gathering, development, unit testing and deployments end to end. I build backend services with .NET Core, Azure Functions and SQL alongside Vue and Next.js features, develop REST APIs, and write Playwright end-to-end automation for functional and regression coverage.
Earlier, I worked remotely as an SQA Analyst on contract for Imaginera, a UK client of Stellarsoft, performing functional, regression, API, integration and UI testing and using SQL for data warehouse (DWH) validation, data integrity checks and discrepancy detection. Before that I was a Junior Software Developer at Stellarsoft, after an internship there, building ASP.NET Core APIs and Azure Functions and working on Vue.js, React and Tailwind CSS frontends.
I write code with AI assistance (Cursor, Claude and GitHub Copilot) and review what it produces, using the same tools for debugging, refactoring, test generation and SQL analysis. Alongside work, I'm studying for a Bachelors of Data Science at Virtual University of Pakistan (expected 2028).

- Prepared the demo and made smaller contributions to PharmaFlow, the team's cloud pharmacy point-of-sale system, which is mostly developed by Umaid Siddiqui.
