Overview

PharmaFlow is Techbom's cloud successor to its Offline POS application, and it is still in development. The pharmacy counter and its online store share one inventory: a sale at the till updates the store, and expiry alerts, batch tracking and sales reports all come from the same data.

My role

This is a team product at Techbom, and most of the code is by Umaid Siddiqui, Techbom's founder. My part was preparing the demo workspace and demo data, the public docs and quality fixes, and adding a keep-alive job for the Supabase database.

What it includes

  • POS terminal: takes stock batch by batch, earliest expiry first (FEFO).
  • Store sync: keeps the online store's stock in step with the counter, and lists any update that failed.
  • Alerts: low-stock and expiry alerts on the dashboard.
  • Reports: reports and analytics from the same inventory.

About the demo

The screens show a seeded demo workspace, so the names and figures are demo data.
